Exchanges

****NOTE: We understand that you may be waiting to give Christmas gifts, and it may make it impossible to stay within our normal 30 day exchange window. So we will be happy to accept exchanges from orders placed in November/December all throughout January.****

Below is our exchange policy.  We take pride in our customer service and we want each and every one of you to have the best CURVES experience possible.  

Exchange/Store Credit:
Return within 30 days in new condition for an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but a store credit will be issued.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your apparel, please send your item to: 4112 LAKEVIEW DR, CHESAPEAKE, VA 23323. Please include in your package the original name and/or order number, new size desired, and an email address we can reach you at in case we are out of the requested item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  

*** There will be a $5.00 re-stocking fee for exchanged/returned items***
